The Baltic Union for Export Promotion of Agricultural Production is a non-profit association, that is established and operates as a private juridicial enterprise from the beginning of 2005 and which can be shortly referred to as „B.U.E.P.A.P“.
The location of the Union is Tallinn, Republic of Estonia.

The aim of the Baltic Union for Export Promotion of Agricultural Production is the common representation of the members economic, social and political interests, additionally creating maximum favorable conditions for national and commercial structures in order to export and re-export agricultural products (products of vegetable and animal origin) from the European Union countries  to the Russian Federation as well as these products importation from the Russian Federation through the named countries.

“B.U.E.P.A.P.” and Federal Service for Veterinary and Phitosanitary Surveillance at the Ministry of Agricultural of the Russian Federation and also All-Russian Plant Quarantine Center have all signed the Memorandum of cooperation. The main goal of cooperation is to spend preliminary phytosanitary control of the goods following to the Russian Federation through territory of the countries of the European Union, aspiring to correspond with the operating phytosanitary norm of the Russian Federation.

“B.U.E.P.A.P.” focuses mainly on preliminary examination of the production and issues Certificates of the preliminary examinations. Members of our Union are companies that export flower production, vegetables, fruits and other products to Russian Federation.
